Biography

Seth C. Platts is engaged in the practice of law with a focus on divorce litigation, child custody, child support, guardianship issues, adoptions and consumer bankruptcy. He graduated from the University of Idaho with a degree in Philosophy in 1993, and obtained a Juris Doctorate in 1996. He has practiced law since 1996, and in 2001 he joined the law firm of Roy, Nielson, Platts, McGee & Schoettger. He has litigated cases throughout Southern and Central Idaho.
