Seth Howell is a dedicated attorney with a diverse legal background and a commitment to client-centered service. A graduate of Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon, he established a solid foundation in tax law, estate planning, and civil litigation. Following law school, Seth relocated to Alaska, where he broadened his practice to include estate planning, family law, criminal defense, and general civil litigation. His time in Alaska honed his courtroom skills and strengthened his resolve to help clients navigate complex legal issues with confidence and clarity. Now based in Houston, Seth focuses primarily on tax law and collaborates with South Texas College of Law’s Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic. He takes pride in building a modern law firm that emphasizes transparency, efficiency, and accessibility, serving clients from all backgrounds with integrity and purpose.
