Biography

Seth Weinberg specializes in appellate practice, commercial litigation, and complex motion practice. He has represented clients in various appellate courts in the New York metropolitan area.

Seth graduated from Touro College’s Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, cum laude, in 2008. While at Touro he received the CALI award for excellence for achieving the highest honors in Legal Methods (Best Oral Advocate), Appellate Advocacy, and Trial Practice.

He received his Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Albany, magna cum laude. While at Albany he was the President of Albany’s Chapter of Pi Sigma Alpha, the national political science honors society.

Prior to his admission, Seth was a law clerk at Lewis Johs for five years assisting in defense of several cases at the pre-trial and appellate stages of litigation.

Seth was admitted to practice law in New York in 2009. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Seth is a member of the American Bar Association, the Suffolk County Bar Association, and the New York Bar Association.
