Biography

Shaina Davis is a senior associate attorney at WSHB's offices in Orlando and Jacksonville, Florida. She specializes in construction defense and her expertise encompasses pre-suit consultation, first-party coverage, breach of contract claims, insurer bad faith/extra-contractual liability, and assignment of benefits disputes under property, homeowners, commercial, and builder's risk policies. Before joining WSHB, Shaina litigated coverage lawsuits for major insurance carriers in Florida's state and federal district courts.

Shaina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida and a Juris Doctor from Stetson University's College of Law. She is admitted to practice in Florida state courts and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida.

Outside of work, Shaina enjoys traveling, eating great food, exercising, and spending quality time with her family.
