Biography

Shane M. Moriarty graduated from State University of New York at Albany in 2009 and earned his Juris Doctor from Spokane's Gonzaga University School of Law in 2013. While studying law, he worked in private practice and volunteered as a Law Clerk for the San Diego City Attorney's Office in Southern California.

Mr. Moriarty began his career practicing in the field of complex civil litigation. He's experienced in defending clients against a variety of construction defects, professional liability, property damage, toxic tort, and personal injury claims. This experience made him familiar with defense strategies involved in many types of litigation.

Mr. Moriarty joined Hardwick & Pendergast, P.S. to follow his passion of defending the rights of, and pursuing justice for, the injured. Shane doesn't consider practicing law his career, he considers it his mission.
