Shao-Fei Moy is a patent attorney with over 5 years of experience working with multinational corporations in obtaining patents related to computer software, consumer electronics, telecommunication systems, semiconductors and data management systems. While Mr. Moy's primary focus is in the preparation and prosecution patents, he also has experience in the strategic management of patent portfolios, and performing freedom to operate analyses.

Prior to joining Dergosits & Noah, Mr. Moy practiced law at two general practice firms in Orange County, CA. Mr. Moy earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School.

Mr. Moy is a member of the State Bars of Virginia and California, and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
