Biography

Shaun Carter started his legal career in Clayton County, GA as a criminal defense attorney, gathering extensive trial experience before serving as an Assistant Solicitor General. Shaun also worked as Staff Counsel for one of the nation's largest automobile insurance companies, gaining experience in all phases of litigation. Shaun, however, desired to represent those injured and affected by the negligence of others, leading him to Gary Martin Hays and Associates.When Shaun is not working for his clients, he loves to travel and attend professional sporting events, cheering for the Braves, Falcons and Hawks. He also volunteers as a member and mentor with the Emerging 100 of Atlanta.
