Shawn Kenneth Jarecki was raised in Pittsfield, VT. He earned his BA in Philosophy from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY. He earned his J.D. and Masters in Environmental Law and Policy (summa cum laude) from Vermont Law School in South Royalton, VT.

Mr. Jarecki is an attorney in Morgan & Morgan's complex litigation practice. He provides strategic analysis and research on issues and key documents in connection with class action and mass tort lawsuits. He specializes in environmental law and has experience in business, pharmaceutical, and intellectual property law. He fights for the rights of clients who have been misled, deceived, or otherwise injured by corporations or other entities.

Mr. Jarecki is licensed to practice in all state courts within Vermont and New York, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Vermont. He is a member of the Vermont Bar Association and serves as Compliance Officer for the Vermont Chapter of the Sierra Club.
