Biography

Shawn will be remembered as a brilliant, tenacious, caring, and courageous attorney. His contributions to The Collins Law Firm, which he founded in 1992, were immeasurable. His leadership fostered a culture built on the values of fierce advocacy and service to others. His deep commitment to the law was evident in everything he did--whether comforting a client, arguing a motion in court, or developing a case winning strategy. To the thousands of clients he helped achieve justice and secure clean air and water, he will be remembered as a modern-day David against Goliath. To his colleagues, he will be remembered as a talented lawyer, mentor, and friend. And to his family, he will forever be a devoted husband, loving father, and the very personification of a "good man". We will continue to honor his legacy in the work we do and the people we help at Collins Law.
