Biography

Mr. Shawn P. Dawson received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from St. Mary’s University School of Law and also holds a Bachelor of Science from Sam Houston State University.

Prior to joining Thomas J. Henry Law, Mr. Dawson spent six years litigating as a solo practitioner. During that time, he made roughly 100 court appearances representing clients as a lead attorney. He primarily represented clients in Bexar County Civil District Court, but he also represented clients in criminal court, both misdemeanor and felony, as well as probate courts. He has traveled throughout Texas representing clients in court, litigating in about 10 Texas counties for various civil and probate cases.

As an attorney at Thomas J. Henry Law, Mr. Dawson focuses his practice on the representation of clients involved in personal injury matters, including car accidents, truck accidents, premises liability, and workplace injuries.
