I have known Mr. Farrell for 15 years. Early in that timeframe we were associates together in the same firm, and more recently he has been my oppositing counsel in numerous construction law disputes. I have observed Mr. Farrell in many settings (e.g., trying matters in court, meeting with clients, giving legal seminars, etc.) and he is the consumate construction law attoney, knowledgable, candid and effective. No colleage of mine more richly deserves Martindale's coveted AV rating. Read less
