Biography

With over three decades of legal experience, Sheliah brings an impressive depth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Her practice areas include estate and trust planning, probate and trust administration, special needs trusts, elder law, guardianships, and probate litigation.

She is also highly experienced in civil litigation, addressing real estate matters such as land disputes, title issues, and landlord-tenant concerns, as well as municipal law, contract and business disputes, and unwed dissolutions. Adding to the breadth of her experience, Sheliah also is experienced at drafting prenuptial & postnuptial agreements as well as coordinating terminations & adoptions.

Admitted to the New Hampshire Bar in 1994 and the Massachusetts Bar in 2011, Sheliah earned her JD from Western New England School of Law and holds a BS from Rivier College. In addition to practicing law, Sheliah is a dedicated educator, regularly presenting on estate planning topics for schools, businesses, and community organizations.
