Shelly L. Dalrymple

Shelly L. Dalrymple has over 30 years of experience handling complex litigation, with a particular focus on multi-district litigation and class action defense. She has built a reputation for process and efficiency in managing large-scale litigation, particularly in environmental law. Shelly’s current work centers on environmental litigation, including CERCLA cases, environmental nuisances, and the impacts of the oil and gas industry. She also addresses compliance issues related to air and water quality, noise pollution, and hazardous waste, collaborating closely with technical experts in these fields. Additionally, Shelly handles matters involving water use and distribution, such as water rights adjudication and interstate compact compliance. She previously worked in the Litigation and Adjudication Program of the New Mexico Office of the State Engineer and served as lead counsel in the state’s ongoing interstate water litigation before the U.S. Supreme Court.
