Biography

Shelton Marshall was born and raised in Memphis, TN, and transitioned to Atlanta, Georgia to attend Morehouse College. Shelton graduated from Morehouse College as a Bonner Scholar and with his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.

Attorney Marshall was awarded his Juris Doctorate from Florida A&M University College of Law. During law school, Attorney Marshall served President of the school’s Black Law Students' Association and 3L Class Representative. He was also selected to be a legal intern for the Miami-Dade County Public Defender’s Office and as a clerk for Florida’s Eleventh District court. Attorney Marshall was very active in his local law school community as a volunteer for The Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights Under Law.

Before joining Morgan & Morgan, Attorney Marshall served as an Assistant Solicitor for DeKalb County Georgia, Staff Attorney for the Georgia Dept. of Juvenile Justice, and Managing Partner of The Marshall Law Firm. Throughout his career, he has negotiated and settled over 5 Million dollars worth of personal injury cases.

Outside of work, Attorney Marshall enjoys cooking, volunteering, travelling, and attending concerts.
