Biography

Sheryl A. Fyock is a partner who joined Latimer LeVay Fyock LLC in December of 2004. Sheryl has practiced since 1990, concentrating primarily in the areas of insolvency and workouts, including real estate foreclosures, bankruptcy and creditor rights. She has been involved in all facets of troubled loans, including loan modifications, restructure and forbearance agreements, receiverships, UCC sales and judicial foreclosures of both commercial and individual property. Sheryl provides sophisticated and practical advice to her clients, which include a wide variety of banking and financial institutions.

Sheryl graduated from Drake University in 1985 with a Bachelor’s degree in public administration and sociology, and graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law in 1990. She received her Master's degree from the University of Kansas in 1990
