Biography

Shira Poliak focuses her practice on federal and state employment litigation, counseling, and investigations.

Prior to joining the firm, Shira served as a Trial Attorney at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where she investigated and litigated single plaintiff and class employment discrimination cases. She began her career as a litigation associate at another international law firm, where she litigated complex employment, insurance coverage, and commercial litigation cases from inception through appeal. Shira also served as a law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
