Shoshana Savett

Throughout her career, Ms. Savett has focused on complex class action litigation, representing clients who have been harmed by misconduct that affects large groups of people. She has handled securities fraud class actions for investors, consumer protection matters involving unlawful and deceptive practices, ERISA class actions on behalf of retirement plan participants, and wage-and-hour class and collective actions for employees seeking unpaid compensation. Ms. Savett earned her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2003 and later completed an LL.M. in Taxation at Temple in 2024. She has been admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars since 2003. Her work has been recognized by Super Lawyers, including being named a Pennsylvania “Super Lawyer” for Class and Mass Tort Litigation in both 2024 and 2025. She was also selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list from 2014 to 2017.
