Biography

Shreeman Patel is an associate in the Real Estate group of Greenberg Traurig’s London office.

Shreeman has experience advising on a wide range of real estate matters, including asset and portfolio acquisitions and disposals, mixed-use development schemes and commercial lettings. He advises institutional investors, pension funds and property companies across the retail, industrial, office and data centre sectors. Shreeman also has experience in advising on the real estate elements of private equity transactions.

Before joining Greenberg Traurig, Shreeman was an associate in the Real Estate team of a U.S. firm in London.
