Biography

Shuhei Mikiya is an Associate of Greenberg Traurig’s Litigation group in Tokyo. Mr. Mikiya focuses his practice on litigation, general corporate law, intellectual property, and gaming regulations.

Prior to join the firm, he worked at a prominent domestic law firm where he mainly engaged in corporate litigation, labor disputes, intellectual property disputes, matters related to general corporate, and commercial transactions.

• Represented Black Dragon Capital in connection with its acquisition of Grass Valley, a leading technology supplier of advanced broadcast and media solutions, with operations in over 20 different jurisdictions worldwide.
