Biography

Silas Ditocco is an attorney in the Personal Injury practice group at Morgan & Morgan. He graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2024 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in September 2024.

Before joining Morgan & Morgan, Silas gained valuable experience defending insurance companies, corporations, and professionals in complex litigation matters. His practice background includes commercial litigation, premises liability, personal injury, negligent security, and professional malpractice. This defense-side experience gave him unique insight into the strategies insurers and corporations use to minimize claims.
