Sinan Sari

Sinan Sari, Esq. is the founding attorney and CEO of Yellow Law Group, the international practice he launched in 2021. Under his leadership the firm has grown from a solo practice into a multi-state, multi-country operation that now serves clients across the nation, from bases in Texas, California, Illinois, New Jersey, and Istanbul.

A graduate of Marmara University Faculty of Law (LL.B., 2014) and Loyola University Chicago School of Law (LL.M., 2020), Sinan combines rigorous academic training with nearly a decade of hands-on experience in U.S. immigration and cross-border business matters. He is licensed to practice in Texas and New York and is an active member of the Istanbul (Turkey) Bar Association.

Sinan’s practice spans the full spectrum of immigration work—from family-based petitions, humanitarian relief, asylum and deportation defense, citizenship and naturalization, status changes and extensions, to employment-based immigration including O-1, H-1B, H-2B, L-1, E-1, E-2, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, and EB-5 visas, as well as federal immigration litigation and mandamus actions. Additionally, his expertise extends into business law, personal injury law, and estate planning, including wills and trusts.
