Biography

Sophia Kyziridis joined Burg Simpson’s commercial litigation department in 2021. Prior to joining the firm, she worked a boutique commercial and complex civil litigation firm with a diverse practice emphasizing in contract disputes, shareholder disputes, securities, business disputes and corporate matters. Sophia represented clients primarily in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Additionally, Sophia represented clients in state court on certain personal injury cases and some domestic relations matters.

Sophia Kyziridis graduated from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law in 2017. While at Sturm College of Law, Sophia focused her education on business litigation, excelling in contracts, corporations, international sales law, secured transactions and bankruptcy.

Sophia’s background in litigation and alternative dispute resolution allows her to understand complex legal issues and recognize her client’s individual needs.
