Biography

Spencer M. Shure is an associate in the Sacramento Office of Mastagni Holstedt, APC and a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment Department.

Mr. Shure earned his J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law in 2020, where he served as the Editor-in-Chief for the UC Irvine Journal of International, Transnational and Comparative Law. He was also a Research Fellow for Professors Henry Weinstein and Eunice Park. Mr. Shure participated in the UC Irvine Environmental Law Clinic, where he drafted an amicus brief for a federal appellate court case, and submitted two comment letters to the Bureau of Land Management on behalf of a client. He graduated with pro bono honors for performing extensive volunteer work in elder law, disability rights, and expungements.

Prior to law school, Mr. Shure earned his B.S. in Managerial Economics from UC Davis in 2016, where he graduated with honors, and received a minor in Professional Writing.
