Spencer R. Munns: Attorney with Bogin, Munns & Munns, P.A.

Biography

Spencer Munns serves as the owner and managing leader of Bogin, Munns & Munns, guiding the firm’s strategic growth as a full-service law firm serving clients across Central Florida. With a foundation in commercial real estate and transactional law, Spencer now oversees all practice areas, including the firm’s expanding and highly competitive personal injury division.

His leadership is rooted in a business-first perspective shaped early in his career. After earning his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University, Spencer began working at Merrill Lynch in Los Angeles, where he gained firsthand insight into the critical role attorneys play in high-level financial and business transactions. That experience ultimately led him to pursue a legal career focused on delivering practical, results-driven counsel.

Prior to joining the firm, Spencer worked alongside an in-house legal team for a large private investment firm in San Francisco and clerked for a regional law firm in the Bay Area. These roles helped shape his strategic, solutions-oriented approach to legal matters—an approach he now applies in leading a multidisciplinary team of attorneys across personal injury, business law, real estate, family law, and more.

Under Spencer’s leadership, the firm continues to focus on delivering strong outcomes for clients while maintaining a client-centered experience. His oversight of the personal injury practice reflects a commitment to advocacy, accountability, and maximizing results for those facing serious and often life-changing circumstances.

Known for his reliability, accessibility, and steady leadership, Spencer has built a reputation for fostering trust—both with clients and within the firm. He is focused on ensuring that every client, regardless of their legal need, has access to coordinated, high-quality representation.

Outside of his professional role, Spencer is deeply committed to his family and community. He and his wife are the proud parents of four children and are actively involved in advocacy efforts supporting individuals and families affected by Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD). The firm supports these efforts through ongoing community involvement and an annual scholarship initiative.

Spencer also shares his passion for sports through his popular “Spencer’s Picks” social media content, offering insights and commentary on major sporting events. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, and following college football.
