Biography

Spencer W. Werth is originally from Aberdeen, South Dakota. He attended undergraduate at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Economics in 2011. He then attended Creighton University School of Law. During law school, he spent a semester clerking with a federal agency in Washington, DC as part of a joint Law/Masters program. He graduated in 2014 with a Juris Doctorate and a Masters of Government Organizations and Leadership.

Following law school, Spencer served as a law clerk for the Honorable Charles B. Kornmann, United States District Judge for the District of South Dakota, Northern Division. After his clerkship, he joined an insurance defense firm in Omaha before joining Copple, Rockey, McKeever and Schlecht in June, 2018 as an associate in the firm’s Omaha, Nebraska office.
