Biography

Stacy represents families in guardianship/conservatorship cases as well as in probate matters, trust disputes, will contests, and family or closely held business disputes. These kinds of cases can sometimes be very difficult and may require litigation. In those cases, Stacy's significant jury trial and courtroom experience serves her clients well. Stacy will zealously and tenaciously advocate for her client in the courtroom. But sometimes the prospect of a trial compromises valued family relationships. In those cases, Stacy will work closely with her client to skillfully negotiate a creative out-of-court resolution.
