Biography

Stase Vonsiatsky grew up in Clemmons, North Carolina, where he developed a strong sense of community, service, and discipline that continues to guide his work today. He went on to pursue his education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill before earning his law degree from Charlotte School of Law. From early on, Stase was drawn to a career that allowed him to help people through challenging moments and advocate for fairness within the legal system.

Over the course of his career, Stase has focused his practice on workers’ compensation law, dedicating himself to protecting the rights of injured workers. His commitment and experience in this area led to his recognition as a North Carolina Board Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law, a distinction that reflects both his knowledge and his dedication to this field. Today, Stase is an attorney at Morgan and Morgan’s Charlotte office, where he continues to advocate for workers and guide clients through complex claims with clarity and care.

Outside of the office, Stase is a devoted husband and father of three and an active member of Southbrook Church. He is an Eagle Scout, a passionate fan of Carolina basketball, and a true lover of good southern food. Stase also enjoys giving back to his community by helping coach cross country and track at Cuthbertson Middle School. Most mornings, he can be found outside at 5 a.m. working out with friends as part of the F3 fitness community, starting each day with the same energy and discipline he brings to his legal practice.
