Stefanie L. Pate

Stefanie Pate’s practice focuses on estate planning, business succession planning, and estate and trust administration. Stefanie’s estate planning practice includes the preparation of simple and complex wills, powers of attorney, living wills, and revocable and irrevocable trusts. Throughout the estate planning process, Stefanie works with her clients and their team of advisors to employ asset protection and tax minimization strategies through the use of sophisticated trust planning, charitable gift planning, and the development of lifetime gifting programs. Stefanie is well-versed in planning for business owners, special needs individuals, guardianship planning and administration, and the preparation and negotiation of premarital agreements.

Stefanie has broad experience representing individual and corporate fiduciaries, as well as beneficiaries, in estate and trust administration matters. Throughout this process, Stefanie also prepares and advises on Federal Estate Tax Returns, Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Returns, and New York Estate Tax Returns. Her practice also includes estate and fiduciary litigation matters.
