Biography

Steffi A. Swanson graduated from Creighton University School of Law in 1989 and has maintained her practice in Bellevue for over 30 years. Steffi’s practice has continued to focus on estate planning, guardianships, probate, and real estate matters. A large portion of Steffi’s practice focuses on default servicing for national and state mortgage lenders handling foreclosure, eviction, and bankruptcy matters throughout Nebraska.

Steffi is a lifelong resident of Bellevue, Nebraska, and has been involved with the Optimist Club of Bellevue and the Altrusa International Club of Bellevue. Steffi is also a Commissioner on the Bellevue Housing Authority and a director on the Bellevue Public Schools Foundation.
