Biography

As a Senior Associate in the Litigation Practice, Stephan Nitsios advises and represents clients in complex civil and commercial disputes, with a particular focus on cross-border matters. His clients include national and international companies from a broad range of industries.

Stephan’s practice encompasses commercial litigation, cross-border arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution. He also supports clients in the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards in Germany and advises on matters of international procedural and private law. Moreover, Stephan draws on his background in challenging international antitrust disputes, which involve significant aspects of European law and require comprehensive economic market analysis.

Prior to joining the firm, Stephan gained deep experience in the litigation practice groups of several international law firms in Berlin.
