Stephanie A. Kobal

With more than 15 years of experience as a transactional and zoning/land use attorney, Stephanie A. Kobal is a shareholder in the Firm’s Real Estate, Land Use & Development and Corporate, Business & Banking groups. She has built a reputation as a trusted advisor, helping organizations of all sizes navigate complex real estate acquisitions, land development and zoning approvals, leasing transactions, and corporate matters.

Ms. Kobal regularly represents clients before government agencies and municipalities, advocating for land use entitlements that support real estate ventures. Her transactional practice extends beyond commercial real estate acquisitions and sales to include tax assessment appeals, charter schools, nonprofit and for-profit contractual matters, and organizational structuring.

In addition to her real estate and corporate work, Ms. Kobal has significant experience counseling religious institutions and schools on sensitive legal matters. She has led responses to Pennsylvania and Federal Grand Jury Investigations involving religious organizations, conducted internal investigations for charter and religious schools, and assisted in developing crisis management plans for churches and faith-based entities. She also played a key role in drafting and implementing a victims assistance fund for a religious institution, providing critical support in times of need.
