Biography

Stephanie DiPietro is the founding attorney at the Law Office of Stephanie DiPietro, P.C. where she represents large corporations, small businesses, and individuals (including musicians, artists, and design professionals) from around the world in business and family immigration, consular matters, waivers, and naturalization. Serving as an immigration attorney since 2006, Ms. DiPietro has cultivated a unique knowledge base in the areas of adjustment of status for the atypical entrant (i.e. arriving aliens, final orders of exclusions, Visa Waiver Program), extraordinary ability petitions, and hardship waivers. Ms. DiPietro continues to provide cutting edge, strategic, and effective solutions to her client’s most complicated legal problems.

Ms. DiPietro is the Treasurer of the New York Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the former Co-Chair of New York Chapter of AILA’s District Director Committee. She is a frequent speaker at AILA conferences and AILA NY- Chapter Symposiums, CLE’s and Monthly Meetings. She will be speaking at the Practising Law Institute (PLI) in March of 2014. Ms. DiPietro’s articles have been published in professional books including AILA’s Immigration and Nationality Handbook and the Practicing Law Institute (PLI) handbook. Ms. DiPietro frequently posts updates pertaining to immigration news on Twitter.
