Biography

Stephanie A. Folan has over twelve years of experience in civil litigation and has been involved in cases throughout the State of California. She concentrates her practice in representing corporate defendants in personal injury and premises liability claims.

Stephanie is an accomplished litigator with experience as both a Plaintiff and Defense attorney in her career and handles cases from inception through resolution.

Prior to joining London Fischer, Stephanie was an editor on the Pepperdine University School of Law Dispute Resolution Law Journal, where she focused on advocating for alternative dispute resolution systems in tax law. She also received an LL.M. in Taxation from Loyola Law School.

Stephanie believes in going above and beyond for her clients and prides herself on always being available to and for her clients from inception of a case to closing.

In her free time, Stephanie enjoys creative writing and reading fiction.
