Stephanie Hu: Attorney with Whitelaw-Twining

Biography

Stephanie joined Whitelaw Twining in August 2020 as an associate practicing in the areas of construction and commercial litigation, and continues to develop a practice in professional liability and insurance litigation. She has represented clients in all levels of court in British Columbia, in a variety of disputes, including multi-party commercial leasing, construction, development, and other real estate and business matters. Stephanie is thorough and strategic in her approach to resolving legal issues, and provides pragmatic and effective advice to clients to resolve matters through alternative dispute resolution methods and in court.

Prior to joining Whitelaw Twining, Stephanie was a litigator at a business law firm in Vancouver, BC. She attended law school at the University of Victoria, where she was a member of the editorial board for the school’s law journal. Outside of work, she enjoys running and hiking, and is an active volunteer for the Pacific Assistance Dogs Society.
