Biography

Stephanie L. Schutt is a Wisconsin native who relocated to Kansas City, Missouri in May of 2009 and now resides in Bonner Springs, Kansas.

She graduated from Marquette University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Criminology. In August of 2007, she went on to the University of Dayton School of Law and graduated with her Juris Doctor in January of 2010.

For two years, while in law school, she was a law clerk from the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Ohio in their Organized Crime Unit.

In August of 2012, Ms. Schutt joined Costello & Fera, LLC where she practiced family law and federal criminal defense. While there, she argued before the 8th Circuit of Appeals. Ms. Schutt joined Ritchie & Soper, PC on January 13, 2014 where she became partner in 2017.

In January of 2023, Ms. Schutt started her solo practice, The Law Offices of Stephanie L. Schutt with her phenomenally supportive team by her side.

Ms. Schutt concentrates her practice in the area of domestic litigation. Ms. Schutt also devotes time working in the juvenile justice systems representing both parents and children. Ms. Schutt was previously the legal advisor for The Dalton Everett Burner Foundation, Support Special Operations Forces, and Kick For Christ.

When she isn't in the courtroom, you can find Ms. Schutt spending time with her canine best friend, Mila. You may even run into Mila in the office when you come by to visit.
