Stephanie Monroe Wilson

Stephanie is certified to practice law in Arizona and Washington D.C. She graduated from the University of Arizona College of Law with her Juris Doctor in 1995. Stephanie received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Virginia in 1992 and has been a partner in the law firm of Stoops, Denious, Wilson & Murray, P.L.C. since 2000. Her areas of practice include general civil litigation, real estate, contract, construction defect, insurance defense, homeowner associations, loan fraud, lender representation, lender liability, appraiser liability and home inspector liability. She is also licensed in Arizona as a real estate agent. She taught as an adjunct professor for the paralegal program at Phoenix College in Phoenix, Arizona, from 1997 through 2010, teaching real estate law each year and probate law for two semesters. Stephanie also taught classes, primarily on homeowner associations, at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business. She has been on the faculty for continuing education real estate law seminars, including Mold is Gold and Real Estate Law from A to Z in Arizona and authors several articles each year for the Arizona Journal of Real Estate & Business, since 2000. These articles cover topics on construction law, homeowners’ associations, home inspectors, appraisers, real estate disclosure, foreclosure, and general real estate law matters. In addition to all of that, she has taught continuing legal education for Arizona attorneys on various real estate law issues and is a contributing author of the Arizona Business Law Deskbook, Vol. 9A
