Stephanie Radecke

Stephanie Radecke is an experienced landlord attorney in Washington, focusing her practice on representing landlords and property owners in disputes with tenants, including eviction and ejectment proceedings. She also handles general civil litigation, such as protection orders, and represents defendants in criminal cases and traffic infractions. While primarily practicing in Clark County, Ms. Radecke also serves clients in Cowlitz and Klickitat Counties. Ms. Radecke earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Gonzaga University. She began her career at the Public Defender’s Office in Spokane, working as a clerk and social worker. Her desire to better assist clients in navigating the legal system inspired her to pursue a law degree. In 2019, she enrolled at Northern Illinois University College of Law, where she gained experience in both criminal and civil law. She worked in-house for a large municipality, handling personal injury, labor and employment law, municipal law, and constitutional law. On the criminal side, she prosecuted traffic cases, conducted bench trials, and negotiated plea agreements. Beyond her legal work, Ms. Radecke taught an undergraduate literature course and served as Vice President of the Latinx Law Student Association.
