Biography

Stephanie Tambosso is an Associate in the Condominium Law group at Shibley Righton LLP. She completed her articles with the firm and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2025.As an articling student, Stephanie worked on a broad range of condominium law matters, including arbitrations, proceedings before the Human Rights Tribunal and the Small Claims Court, as well as governance and compliance issues.Stephanie earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law in 2024. During law school, she served as a Tutorial Assistant in the first-year Contract Law course and gained hands-on litigation experience through Community Legal Aid and Legal Assistance of Windsor, where she represented marginalized clients before the Social Benefits Tribunal and the Landlord and Tenant Board. She also spent a summer with the Ministry of the Attorney General, assisting minors involved in estate and child protection litigation.
