Stephen A. Markey, III (Steve), a distinguished legal professional, earned his undergraduate degree with honors from Mount St. Mary’s University and subsequently achieved his law degree with honors from the University of Baltimore. A notable member of the Bar Association of Baltimore City, he has played pivotal roles, serving on the Executive Council and chairing key committees such as the Lawyer Referral and Information Service, Sponsorship, and Products Liability.

Active in the Maryland Association for Justice, Steve contributed significantly during his eight-year tenure on the Board of Governors. His involvement extended to various committees, including Legislative, Member Services, and Sponsorship. Additionally, he served as a court-appointed pre-trial mediator for the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.

Steve practices law in Maryland state and Federal courts, specializing in general litigation, serious injury claims, professional malpractice, auto, truck and motorcycle collisions, sexual abuse claims, and cases involving negligence or intentional personal injury.
