Biography

Stephen is an associate in the firm's Trusts and Estates group. Stephen assists in the creation and implementation of comprehensive estate plans tailored to each client's goals, probate, trust administration and charitable giving. Stephen received his LL.M. and J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. Stephen received his B.A. in psychology, cum laude, with a minor in the Spanish language from the University of Miami.

While in law school, he served as a member of the Psychology, Public Policy and Law Journal and assisted with income tax preparation in the local community through VITA. Prior to joining the firm, Stephen served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Charles E. Williams in the probate division for the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, and gained experience in estate planning and trust administration while working in the trust department for one of the nation's largest corporate fiduciaries.

Stephen is admitted to practice in Florida and Georgia.
