Stephen Gregory Hammers

Stephen G. Hammers is the owner and managing attorney of Hammers, PC, a boutique litigation firm focusing on business and real estate. Mr. Hammers represents both local and international businesses in Orange County and throughout Southern California in trials, arbitrations, appeals and all other facets of litigation.  Prior to opening Hammers, PC, Mr. Hammers was a partner and manager of the litigaton department of one of the older business litigation firms in Orange County. Mr. Hammers has tried cases to verdict in most State and Federal Courts of Southern California.  His clients include business owners, commercial developers and real estate professionals, but he also champions the causes of individuals and small business owners. A significant number of Mr. Hammers’ business cases have been tried to juries, where he has enjoyed a 100% success rate.  Some of these verdicts and awards may be reviewed here. Mr. Hammers is an active member of the Los Angeles and Orange County Bar Associations. He regularly lectures on business and real estate issues, including varied topics in commercial and residential real estate. He has been a guest speaker on the issues of Secured Transactions and Anti-Deficiency Legislation at the Southwestern Law School. Mr. Hammers is a member of the Board of Directors of Loyola Law School, and its Juris Society.  He has served as a volunteer Judge Pro Tem for the Los Angeles Superior Court, and also regularly serves as a judge law school trial advocacy competitions.
