Biography

I attended and graduated from South Texas College of Law in 1991 in Houston, Texas. I am licensed to practice law in Texas (1992) and in Florida (1993 - inactive status at this time). I am a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Brazoria County Bar Association and the Florida Bar. I am licensed to practice in both state and federal courts.

I've been in practice since 1992 and currently have a general practice of law with an emphasis on Family Law matters, Social Security Disability, Auto Accidents, Traffic citations, Wills and Powers of Attorney, Probate, Muniment of Title, Heirship Proceeding, and Real Property Deeds.

Before attending law school, I graduated from Millsaps College and received a B.S. in Biology in 1977. Following college, I first worked in the service sector of the offshore oil industry. After eight years of experience, at the age of 32, I attained a manager’s position over an offshore support facility in Freeport, Texas, with oversight responsibilities for services and materials valued in the millions of dollars. My oil field days ended when I began law school.

I handle cases in Brazoria County, surrounding counties and, when appropriate, travel outside the region.
