Stephen Henry Haskins

Stephen Haskins is a Pinellas County native and Dunedin High School graduate who has devoted his career to civil trial work across Florida’s Gulf Coast. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 1975, majoring in accounting, and later completed his J.D. at the University of Florida College of Law in 1979. Steve was admitted to The Florida Bar in July 1980 and has since built extensive courtroom experience, trying numerous civil jury trials in counties throughout the region. He holds Florida Bar Board Certification in Civil Trial Law, first awarded in 1993, and has also been certified in Civil Trial Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy since 1998, credentials that reflect a long-term commitment to high-level trial practice. Steve is admitted to practice in all three federal district courts in Florida, including the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts. In addition to representing clients in litigation, Steve is frequently asked by fellow attorneys to serve as a mediator in civil disputes in the Tampa Bay area. He is a Florida Supreme Court certified Circuit Court and County Court Mediator.
