Biography

Stephen J. Flynn received his Bachelor Degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1981. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra Law School in 1985. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1986. He was further admitted to the United States Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Military Appeals, U.S. Court of Claims, and the Eastern and Southern Districts of the New York Federal Court. Mr. Flynn is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association and is a two time winner of the Suffolk County Bar Association Pro Bono Recognition Award. Steve received a recognition award for volunteer work from Newsday for creating a pro bono wills clinic for people with AIDS in 1986 and volunteered his services with the clinic until 2006. Additionally he is a volunteer for the not-for-profit Cinema Arts Centre in Huntington, NY as a film curator for special programs. Mr. Flynn’s areas of concentration include bankruptcy, real estate, criminal, and not for profit law and has been with Feldman, Kramer & Monaco since 2001.
