Biography

Stephen J. Schwartz is a partner of the law firm of Schwartz, Fang, & Keating, P.C. Mr. Schwartz is an Attorney-at-Law and a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice both professions in the State of New York and is active in many associations. He counsels clients on a broad range of issues, including estate planning and related tax work, estate and trust administration, and tax and succession planning for family corporations and partnerships. He works closely with a variety of clients, including entrepreneurs, corporate executives, and real estate developers to help them identify their objectives and provide constructive solutions designed to meet their specific goals.

He has served as the Chairman of the Estate Planning Committee of the New York State Society of CPAs – Nassau Chapter, and has lectured at various continuing education programs and at meetings of business, civic and religious groups with regard to tax and estate planning.

Mr. Schwartz earned his undergraduate degree in accounting from Hofstra University (BBA), and a Law Degree (LLB) and Master of Law Degree in Taxation (LLM) from New York University School of Law.
