Stephen James Soos

Stephen J. Soos is a Partner at the Buffalo, New York law firm of Magavern Magavern Grimm, LLP. His practice focuses on estate planning, trust and estate administration, estate and trust litigation, elder law, Guardianships, Medicaid asset protection and applications, as well as commercial and consumer collections.

Mr. Soos is an experienced attorney admitted to practice in New York and Florida, and he regularly assists clients with multi state estate planning and administration matters. He has represented clients in a wide range of matters, including estate administration, estate planning, and the preparation of wills, trusts, and advance directives. He advises clients on asset protection strategies, Medicaid planning, and long-term care planning.
