Biography

Stephen Miller is “of counsel” to the firm and oversees it’s commercial and residential Real Estate and Banking division. Over the course of his nearly 30 year career, Steve has represented buyers, sellers, as well as institutional and private lenders in a vast array of transactions, including simple real estate closings to complex multi-million dollar commercial transactions. Steve handles all of the duties necessary to complete a transaction, including title search, issuance of title insurance, closing services, and preparation of closing documentation. Steve also represents clients in real estate litigation in both the State and Federal Courts, and has testified as an expert in the RI Superior Court.
