Stephen P. O’Malley, Jr., founder of McNulty & O’Malley, brings nearly two decades of focused experience in litigation and criminal defense. Steve has represented clients facing a broad range of charges, with an emphasis on domestic violence, 209A restraining orders, drug offenses, and operating under the influence. He understands the challenges individuals and their families face during criminal investigations and is committed to providing clients with experienced, diligent advocacy from the earliest stages. Steve’s distinguished career includes service as an Assistant District Attorney in Essex County and work with the U.S. Attorney’s Office’s Economic Crimes Division. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. Federal District Court and Massachusetts’ District and Superior Courts. Steve received his BA from Boston University and graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School, where he was named Student Commencement Speaker.
