Biography

Steve Hoffmann is Special Counsel with Hinman, Howard & Kattell, LLP in its Elmira Office. During his 25+ years of practice he has handled a broad range of civil and criminal matters. Steve currently focuses in the areas of Residential and Commercial real estate representing buyers, sellers and lenders. He also handles landlord-tenant matters representing Residential and Commercial landlords. He is actively involved in Estate planning including the preparation of Wills, Health Care Proxies and Powers of Attorney. Steve also assists with Corporation and LLC business formations, as well as the purchase and sale of businesses.

Steve is active in the community having served on the Board of Directors of the Salvation Army, the American Red Cross and Glove House. He is also a Past-President of the Elmira Kiwanis Club and a member of the Sailin’ Shoe Lacrosse Club.
