Biography

Stephen Wayne Stukey is a Partner in the firm’s Tampa office. His areas of practice are construction litigation and insurance defense. Mr. Stukey also focuses on environmental bodily injury and property damage claims. His practice includes extensive experience with Chinese drywall sulfurous off-gassing, environmental/toxic spills, chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) environmental stress cracking from incompatibility with ABF II cutting agents, mold, mildew, fungi, bacteria, radon, carbon monoxide poisoning, Legionnaire’s disease claims and toxic torts.

Mr. Stukey originally hails from Chipley, FL in the Florida Panhandle. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1998 with a Bachelor of Design in Architecture, and worked with a national architectural firm in Boca Raton, FL before attending law school at Rutgers School of Law -Newark, where he received his Juris Doctor in 2004.
